If you're not the gym type, what to do for exercise?
ShouldBlittler replied to takingbackcontrol's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
The most effective kind of exercise is the kind you DO. You just have to like what you are doing, and so stick to it regularly.... -
I had my surgery June 20th of last year. I have 7 pounds to go to reach my goal of 100 lost pounds. It is hard to stay motivated. What are some thoughts, ideas, or stories that motivate YOU in your weight loss? I'm hoping we can all get some ideas to cling to when the going gets rough...

I had surgery June 20, 2012. I was 215 pounds. I am 5 foot tall. I was wearing whatever would fit... Which was NOTHING! I now weigh 122 and wear a size 2 or 0. My goal is to be 115. I hope I can get there.
