The pain WAS NOT bad at all. The first week was a little rough, just not feeling great... But now, at 3 weeks out, it's much better and I think I I am so glad I did it. You can handle anything for a couple of days, right? -

I'm planning on telling everyone I had gallbladder surgery (true), and that I was sick due to that, hence the weight loss. "I thought I might as well keep the weight loss going..." -

I, too, have had three C-sections. While I was sore for about a week after the C-sections, I was not sick. With the VSG, I do not feel sore at all. But, the first week I felt very sick. Just not like myself. It's apples and oranges.

Hello all, I am one week post op now and I realize that it is still early out; however, I cannot imagine right now eating ever being comfortable, or seeming natural. Do you remember this feeling? Does it go away? Is eating comfortable and does it seem natural now? Thanks, M -

I JUST bought a big tub of the Nectar Fuzzy Navel. I HATED the milk-based shakes and actually can tolerate this one as a juice.
