The Blender Ball works great, too. I bought mine at Target. Think I found it in the section where the ziploc disposable containers are. -

I am not a fan of low fat or fat free anything, except maybe milk. My main reason is when the fat is taken out it is usually replaced with something unpronounceable ! I do believe in eating real foods....nothing synthetic, no preservatives, etc. My goal is not only to lose weight but to also be as healthy as possible. Since I am only four weeks post op, I have just recently started eating regular foods, and this is what I have been doing. Real food, of course proteins first, then veggies, etc.

If there is an In 'n Out Burger in the area, you can get get one of their hamburgers in a lettuce wrap, also. And I think I heard Chick Fil A will do the same with their chicken sandwiches. Sub shops will usually make any sandwich of theirs with no bun, too.

Very encouraging words for those of us just beginning our journey. Thank you.

I cannot tolerate plain water anymore. Since I don't like to use any ingredients I can't pronounce, it is a challenge to flavor my water! Herbal teas help, but I find I get bored with one flavor rather easily, so I am trying to add to my selection.

I can't say everything tastes different, but I definitely have problems with some things that seemed fine before surgery! I cars it drink plain water anymore, and I can't stand the thought of taking my chewable vitamins anymore. YUCK! So I am looking for some high quality non- chewables right now. So glad I didn't buy the giant economy size!

I will have to keep searching! I love kitchen gadgets!
