Met my may weight loss goal early 4 pound loss this week that's 40 9 weeks post surgery and 100 pound including pre operation 6 month diet . Feel like a new woman however another 100 to go 261 today x

I started walking 30 mim a day but I was very unfit and overweight it's only now having lost 100lb 60 pre surgery and 40 post that I am looking at gym to tone and increase cardio hope this helps x

Great non scale victory today required new bra and went to marks and spencers for a fitting was wearing 48 dd and today 40 e my boobs are now supported and not at my knees lol have not bought anything from M & S since I was 18 woo hoo banded 14th march lost 35 lb from op 60 pre op. Hope other are having small non scale victories

I got a large band I beleive it's based on how large your stomach is I have a 14cc band. So I assume the larger you are the bigger the band.

I Have also lost in the first 7 weeks post op 32lb however it's been purly by following my dietitians guidelines I have been very hungry but know if I hang in there restriction will come, had my fist fill not sure if I have restriction yet ad back on liquids but hope to have a litle but only time will tell moving on to mushies today.

Not mime 4 weeks full liquid before mushies for 2 weeks then soft for 2 weeks then normal. 1 week away from normal food and having fill tomorrow so back to liquid for a few days x

Going for my first fill tomorrow been banded for 7 weeks 14/3 a bit apprehensive and Hopeing for at least a little restriction. Been very hungry about 1 hr after eating when the meal does not have enough protein trying to make sure 70 plus protiens a day. And under 1000 cals Loving the weight Loss though

7 weeks post op and 30lb down I have no restriction but I follow a low fat high protien diet as if I have restriction. -
I am in the uk too 5.5 weeks out and on the mushies from Wednesday I can go onto soft foods crackers, egg, cottage cheese then from 8 weeks normal food, getting my first fill on the 4th may do will be normal for 4 days then back on liquids for a few days.

It's my one month anniversary banded 14th match lave lost 24.5 lb could each much more than I should but following the post operation guidlines. fist appointment Monday at hospital so hopefully a fill won't be far away. And I will feel. On soft foods mash and minces meat and gravy but lovely after 4 weeks fill fluids. Hope everyone is feeling great as it's a long journey. -

I went back after 12 days you also need energy get protien in and stagger them through the day even half at a time keep blood sugars up 6 small meals and water -

Sorry your struggling, you have not mentioned how many cals you are taking or what you doctor said at your last visit. Are you getting in all your protien. How do you track your food and exercise? I use. My fitness pal. Don't give up it can take a few fills to have restriction. -
Mewest you at the hardest stage no restriction and working on will power also some people have put on weight with the liquid iv just follow your surgeon instructions and you will get there.

Join me on my fitness pal taysidebell I find it really useful to look at what other banders are eating x I am 4 weeks out and aiming for 800 to 1000. And 30 walking every day. Are you only eating 3 meals a day

I was banded the 14th march and my surgeon has me on 4 weeks full liquids looking forward to next week to soft mushies for 2 then whole foods. Been walking every day fior 30 min. Want to go swimming but waiting a but for that. Lost 21 lb since surgery and 81 including 6 month pre- operation diet. Feeling very pllease with myself. Great to hear how everyone getting on.
