Visited hospital today and advised that I am classed as a success as I have lost 79% of my body weight with the band. Really delighted with my results so far started 361 lost 60 pre op diet now 196 still 26 pounds to initial target that I wanted to reach cant wait to see what I weight in 8 weeks at band anniversary. This is the best tool ever as long as you follow the guidelines and rules.

Mine says 60 to 70 protein I would not worry, but speak to your surgeon or nutritionist next time you visit. And keep to your cup or cal guide.

Eating and drinking at the same time
taysidebell replied to Flowering man's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Iam in the uk too but my surgeon and dietician wants no drinking 30 min before a meal and 1.5 to 2 hrs after. Not sure about new research but this was the hardest thing along with no fizzy juice . Good luck with your surgery. I have no regrets been a great 9 months since surgery
