It's great to hear about the non scale wins, I can't wait for these to start for me. I get banded on the 13th march. The one Most want is the seat belt on a plane but hopefully by July I won't need an extention. Keep sharing your stories. -

My surgery date is march 13th too in the uk just got my letter this morning x my pre op diet is low carb and High protien lots of water. It will be fab to have a buddy at the same stage x -

I am also new to the site and due to be banded on 13th march it's great to share experiences with others I am in scotland and everyone had slight differences depending where they are in the world. Really excited and looking forward to the rest of my journey. -
Just received my letter with admission date I am joining the march banders 13th march two weeks today I am very excited, have been jumping through nhs hoops for almost 3 years thought this day would never come. to the next part of my journey.

Great to hear from people in the uk. I was looking for a support group in Dundee but the only one was in falkirk really glad I found this app everyone is so friendly.
