Hey girl That is so awesome! Recently I started making my workouts more intense by starting insanity and using five pound weights instead of three. I want to tone my body so bad. Have you noticed that this is toning your body?
I have noticed some in my legs and I seem to be thinning but nothing defined. Hope that makes since. LOL

what kind of exercise are you doing? how much have you loss?? Keep the good work, I wish I can be in your place
I am currently doing a 9 week training (couch to 5k) on the treadmill. You train 3 days a week. Each week it gets a little harder. Well yesterday I had to stop because I was dying. So I will try again today to complete it. I had surgery on Feb 3, 2012 and I have lost to date 46 lbs.

I can't do morning workout either. I usually do mine right when I get home from work.

i am strapping my boobies down and starting today.... any advice to a person that has NEVER ran before......
I have never ran before either. It is not as hard as you think. I am doing the treadmill version and I've had to push myself not to give up. Good luck and keep me posted.

I use to drink coffee every morning but since surgery I cannot drink it during the work week. I have only been drinking on the weekend. Weird...

Who told you you didn't qualify? I was a self-pay and didn't have any co-morbidities and my bmi was 39.1.

Well it only .6 lbs it sounds like it could of been worse. Glad to hear you have gotten back on track. Remember only you can make this happen with help from your band. Good luck!

Let’s take the scale out of the equation for a moment. How are you feeling? How are your clothes feeling? I try not to focus just on the scale but the way my body is responding. My body seems to be responding faster than the scale. LOL

Have you tried Smooth Move Tea? I discussed this with my doc to yesterday and he suggested. He told me to drink it a couple of times a week and it will work. I'm picking some up today.
Love the rest of you blog too!

40.2 lbs! NSV um is a little harder. I would say eating healthier therefore so is my family. Sounds funny but sprinting! Dr Fox told me today to start sprinting to burn more calaries and I just started doing it this week before he told me. So I'm going to try tweeking it a little bit with some advise he gave me. We had a good visit.

Congrat on your hard work. I hope you will meet your goal for June. Like you I had smaller clothes tucked away because I knew I would be able to fit into them someday and it is great. It is like I new wardrobe!!

If you don't want a fill just tell them you don't want one. Really it depends on the progress you make throughout the month. My first appt I didn't have a fill because I didn't think I needed it and my NP stated the same. Keep up the good work!
