Just a quick update! Had my second fill today and loving my band! I am down 8.2 lbs and recieved a small fill today. This should push me into the green zone because I am so close. -

All docs are different. My doc had me on the south beach super charged phase 1 for 14 days prior.

I agree with SouthernBelle. I have only told 2 of my coworkers and the rest I don't care what they think. I pack my lunch 4 days a week and no one really pays attention to what you are eating. -

I was 1 week post op and my husband was comprehensive but I told him I'M READY! Comprehensiveness went out the window, LOL.

Why a milkshake? Bad food choice and I was told never to drink from a straw? I know some people don't have any problems with a straw but I can't do it because I get too much air and fill bloated. You could feel the way you do because of the milkshake and the straw. Hope you start feeling better and good luck!

Tomorrow I have an appointment for my second fill. I'm not nervous this time around, thank god. Just want to hurry and get it over worth. Also according to my scale I should be weigh in below 200!! I can't wait to step on the scale tomorrow and see onerland!!!! :wub:

I would try calling the bank too. They would be able to tell you if it is pending deposit. This is what happened to me and the bank gave me the date I would be able to see it. -
I take biotin too and consume 60-70g of protein a day. I drink half of my protein in the morning for breakfast.

My doc told me the same thing. You intake more air with drinking with a straw.

My daughter has panic attacks when she is really stressed and the doc gave her something to take when it happens. It calms her down within minutes. Good luck! -

Glad you are doing well. I drink coffee on the weekends with no problems but can't seem to drink it during the week. i guess because I usually drink my breakfast and the coffee at work is awful! Keep up the good work!
