I have noticed my butt and breast have changed . Really didn't want to lose the breast but I'm still happy. My husband is the greatest. He has been there through thick and thin and I mean that literary. LOL I think he is more affectionate now. -
I'm 5'5" started at 235 wearing an 18/20 now 194.8 wearing 14 and 16.

Try taking smaller or baby sips. You could be drinking too fast or too big of sips. Yes the shoulder pain is normal. Remember to walk and you can use a heating pad to help with the pain. You will start feeling better soon. Good luck! -

I take the centrum chewables too and I agree they are GROSS. I just make a sour face everyday. I though maybe I would get use to them but NO. -

My doc had me do the South Beach Super Charge Diet Phase 1 for 14 days prior to surgery. -
Had an appointment with Dr Fox today and he is happy with my progress. He asked me what my secret was. I was thinking "what are you smoking?" and I told him following your instructions. He grinned and said "That is what I wanted to hear". Look at Dr Fox being funny. He is a great guy.
