My husky insurance Said they DO cover the lap band if I get a doctors referral.. What type if things should I say to my doctor to have him write me one? I am 21, about 250 pound and have been overweight my entire life. Does that sound good enough? Lol -
I have husky health insurance in ct, was wondering if they cover the lapband? Thanks!
