    Tips To Stay On Track

    Stick to the protein and interval training!!! Treadmill on 1.0 imcline and start one minute at acomfortable walk then...For the next minute go up at least 2 speeds higher... Them alternate for 20 mins.... Watch the weight fall off... It is all about getting ur heart rate up and down... Trick ur body constantly... Remember... The mind is Mighter then the stored fat!!
  2. I lose 5lbs preop and the rest was all post op I have been working out constantly and doing a ton of cardio

  4. I am out since 1-20-12... Down 36lbs... What am I going to expect on first fill on Monday?? And does anyone else get a little hungry in between? And can the the first fill cure the snack attack??
