    Calories intake

Hello, I have totally forgot how many calories we are supposed to intake per day! For some odd reason I don't know why I have 1200 in my head.. I thought I was told anywhere from 800-900 but I have forgot! ???‰ Any assistance would be much appreciated. Also I have the band and have been banded since April 2012 and had my band adjusted in feb 2013 due to slippage ???© Thanks.

    I Have To Confess!!

HIGHLY reccomend Max Pro from max muscle they have the best protien and only one scoop is 30gm of protien and the calories are under 170 per scoop. The orange blast flavor taste just like an orange julius. I too had a big problem with finding the right protien as far as taste goes thank god I finally found this protien best of luck to you

    Sugar Free Cake

Congrats on having your surgery Hope you are doing well. pillsbury is the one that has the sugar free cake and frosting I made the cake earlier today and it was so good I actually prefer this over any other cake now.
  11. Best protein shakes out there are Max Pro from Max Muscle they have a variety of flavors. If yo go into their store they give you free samples plus they let you try them on the spot so if you don't like them you can always try another flavor.

    My Pre-Op Diet Instructions Stink!

For my pre op diet I was on muscle milk ( protein) 3 times a day for 2 weeks. It helped a lot. Also now I am doing bariatric advantage protein now and it's very good. If u absolutely need some food have baked season chicken and 1 cup of veggies. Also I would start working out ASAP hope everything works out for you
  14. Hello, I can totally relate to how you feel. I am 24 days post op and I am feeling so hungry it isn't even funny and I don't go for my first fill till May 30th ugh. As for the liquid diet what I did was below hope this helps. Cream of wheat with 1% milk Thinned mashed potatoes ( you can make home made or got to KFC and get theirs.) Creamed soups made with nonfat or 1% milk Thinned sugar free yogurt sugar free popsicles. I would up your Protein to 12 Fl oz of Water if you can. It will help a lot. Hope everything works out for you.

    Tortillas

Does anyone know if once we are in the regular food diet stage if tortillas like wheat or red ones are ok to eat? I like having my chicken and Turky wrapped in them once in a while and wanted to know if it was ok. I have a book that was given to me and it says yes on the allowed side but on the not allowed side it also says it's not allowed and I'm a little confused ...
