Hi every body, It's been a long while that I loged into lapband.com, actually It's been rough days. I've stopped my diet-regimn because I couldn't feel the pleasure of losing weight and I'm losing that desire of being thin for the first time in my life. It's really fustraiting:bored. So it has been around 5 month since I started eating with no limits, sometimes I feel it's never gonna happen"losing weight". but last month I've ordered Dr. Phill's book ultimate weight solution and I just don't know if I will have the courage to keep the hard work on. by the way the book hasn't delivered yet!!! any advice will be appreciated. thanks for sharing.

Dear Andrea, There is no one in this world can stick to a strict diet for long time, it's like a game but the trick is to make it in your side even if you didn't follow the diet and ate something you shouldn't, it is not the end. Remember that you took so long and put your energy to come this far. Always look at the mirror and say to your self "the next few monthes will be the last time I'm gonna see those mountain of fat and I'm gonna be the SLIM ANDY" One time, I've seen Dr.Phill's show and he said "when you stick to a healthy diet, there'll be times that you will feel down and fustraited but the most important thing is to retain your high self-steem and courage to continue" FINALLY, I wish you all the best and I want to look at my signature and see my info so that you'll find your self in a better situation than I am. *Always remember to thank God for everything.

Hi The stomach does shrink as my doctor said, and each time you fill the band the openning becomes more narrower until it looks like a button-hole. you can't get to the last stage with one time because first you've to experience it one by one "baby steps" and I think a part of it is psychological, to learn you that it'll take time and effort and most important PATIENCE to lose weight My best wishes
