Well, I have been struggling with what to eat, I tend to PB a lot.....need to eat slower I have learned.
B-Strawberry protien shake, some sausage...
L-onion soup (frozen from Costco-it's great 170 cal)
S-tuna salad, 2 crackers
D-a little bit of everything; refried beans, chicken, sour cream, and chicken salad that I am making for lunch tomorrow...
snack - 2 cookies yum, but bad!!
