So, I had my usual one year check up with my surgeon yesterday and they ran some tests. What what I gathered from the test is that my metabolism rate is extremely low for my activity level. And now they want to put me on a prescription to boost it up. They are saying if I do nothing all day I will burn only 1100 calories in a 24 hour period. Has anyone else had or have this issue?

Ok ladys I'm in need of some advise. I have been married for almost 5 years now. My wife have a very strong relationship but now I'm confused. A few years back she wanted to know what I thought about "toys" in the bed room. I told her I dont have a problem with it as long as she didn't go all 50 shades on me. So, she kinda shruged it off and we went on our merry way. Well recently while looking for the t.v. Remote I find her toy box in her night stand. I dont have a problem with them it's just why didn't she tell me about them? And everytime I bring up the subject of toys she dismisses it. Am I missing something?

Pg, keep to the grind man and stay busy. If you find yourself where you have nothing to do get up and go for a walk, build something, go fishing or something that you enjoy doing. Also, a small lunch box helps too. -

Hey guys, So just a little bit about me first. I was banded on 1/25/2012 and tiped the scale at 327lbs. And as of this mornin the sale reads a lighter 262lbs. I couldnt be any more happier with my scale goals. But, it's the non-scale goals that I have been judging my success. Before I was banded I made a list of things I wanted to do when the pounds start shedding off. As of 2 weeks ago I have managed to acheve the top four on my list. In number four was to get up on on a surf board. Three, participate in a relay "hood to coast". Two get up on water skies. And in number one after many years of failed atempts, a wake board. And so now I need suggestions for more non-scale goals. I have been thinking sky diving and Seattle to Portland bike race. But, I would really like to hear your sugestions so I don't run out again. Thanks, Dan
