Well, winter is coming to the Pacific northwest! Which means SNOW! So, this winter my nsv will be to get up to the mountain and strap on that snow bord and hit the slopes. Any one else plan on going up to the mountains this year?

Thanks Maya! And I'm sure you dont look like a beached whale. Which brings back a memory of mine when I was at my family's pool and my sister took a picture of me laying on the ground with my shrt off... Thats when I decided it was time to do something. And now I run around with out a shirt all the time. I guess what I'm trying to say is hang in there. Your time will come.

Thanks! It was lots of fun! I'm all ready getting a team together for next year comprised of old college friends. But, there may be a few spots later on that might need to be filled. I'll let ya all know when it gets closer

Hey everyone, I was just wondering if anyone else is doing the portland to coast relay. This will be my first year and I'm excited to say the least.

Anyone else find that their family drives you crazy after being banded? My wife east anything and everything she can in front of me and my boy is just crazy to begin with.

My Dr. Believes that little is better but when it costs be $50 for each fill. Any one else feel that a bit out of the norm? They were only puting in 1/2 cc every fill and starting next month they are going to cut it down to 1/3cc. Any one request that they fill more than normal?

I dont know what happend but I have hit a platou. I'm still droping the weight but now its about 5lbs a month insted of the 11-15.

I was curious about what everyone is consuming for calories? For me a good day I'm consuming 1000 calories, 54 grams of protiene and maybe 20 grams of carbs. If I stick to that I drop about a 2 lbs a week.

You guys and gals are wesome! I'm going in for my 4th fill today so hopefully I will be feeling more restriction. Keep it up!

I'm still only 4 months out from surgery. So, my band is still not where I need it to be. It's still taking some self-control. I'll admit though I was a binge eater but now I don't have any sort of binge cravings like I used to. All I was trying to get across was where everyone is at that has a properly adjusted band. Happy days!

Push ups are great! But to reach the different muscle groups in your arms you will need to do different types. Such as dimond, reverse, and regular. Thoes will hit all 3 major muscles in the arms. For the upper legs i sugest lunges. They are easy to do and you can even do then when walking.
