I was banded on 1/27! I am down 12lbs. I am definitely feeling restriction, but weight loss is plateauing, so im up for a fill 3/6!

I was just thinking about starting that too! I have never been a runner and i am 3 weeks post op and want to get started on a workout plan! -
I was banded on Jan 27th and i have my first fill in a couple weeks and i am pretty nervous about it. How did it go? You are doing so great with your weight loss!
