Because everyone calorie intake is so low, do you guys feel that your body goes in starvation mode? My trainer actually recommends 1600 a day especially since I will workout 5 days...140 in protein....120 in carbs and no carbs after 3pm. -
My surgeon recommended flintstone chewables with iron...

I had my surgey on the 7th with a hernia repair...you will be fine...make sure you walk ..every hour ..and take your pain medication...good luck to you

I cannot lift anything more then 5lbs within the first month -
I was also banded on May 7th. You have to walk every hour to get rid if the gas. For pain they gave me a form of liquid vidican which helps me a lot. I also have not been drinking but i know i need too!

I have bcbs ppo of Cali and I live In Michigan, I got approved. There shouldn't be a problem as long as u follow there requirements.

It will definitely be a uphill battle, but if u r serious about it you can definitely defeat it. I've started this process in January 44 bmi with no health issues. My paper work was submitted it was denied the first time cause hospital put down inpatient, so resubmiited for out patient. And now pending for 2 weeks. So u see is just a game that we all to play...good luck to u. -

My insurance did not require 6 month supervision, by law insurance companies have 30 days to review, my insurance coordinator said if they take long is a good sign because a denial letter is within a heartbeat. I am still waiting for my approval. Almost 2 weeks! -

I always call! LOL it was denied once cause it had inpatient so my Ins coordinator resubmited for out patient. I always call to find out status on Monday notes were updated and insurance requested additional info from surgeon so it is still pending! -

I am still pending with insurance, but I started my liquid diet today.trying to get a feel for it. Hope I get approved waiting for 2 weeks! They have it scheduled for 4/30 cross fingers

So i was denied 2 weeks ago because they put down inpatient instead of outpatient. That was the only reason why.so ins coordinator resubmitted for out patient. When I called for status the operator said I have a surgery date for April 30 set up but it is still pending cause nurse hasn't reviewed yet. So what does that mean? Y is there a date if not approved yet? I have bcbs anthem of Cali ppo

Mine took 5 days it was denied cause they "accidently" inpatient, so they resubmitted again on Friday to say out patient, that was the only reason y they denied, so hopefully I will get approved

So I was denied cause the insurance entered the wrong info, it was supposed to be outpatient but instead they put down inpatient, so we had to resubmit again...hopefully it will get approved by Friday since that was the only reason.

Hello! Is anyone familiar with bcbs anthem of Cali? My insurance coordinator just faxed in paper work, just wondering how long will it take for approval? Super anxious...can't wait to start my new life...
