Feelings of failure and feeling overwhelmed have taken a direct hit at my confidence level. I haven't felt good about myself for well over a decade. I'm hoping the gastric banding procedure will start me down the road of positive change
I haven't been very active on Lapband lately, but I'm still checking in now and again. Looks like my friends are all still making remarkable progress!!
