Feelings of failure and feeling overwhelmed have taken a direct hit at my confidence level. I haven't felt good about myself for well over a decade. I'm hoping the gastric banding procedure will start me down the road of positive change
Alrighty then!! At the end of my cool down in Spin Class my foot got stuck and I couldn't fully dismount... my shoe (with attached foot) got caught in the toe cage and I didn't know how to release the straps. Bahaha!
