Feelings of failure and feeling overwhelmed have taken a direct hit at my confidence level. I haven't felt good about myself for well over a decade. I'm hoping the gastric banding procedure will start me down the road of positive change
I am a happy and BANDED girl. ha. Most frustrated with tbis dang migraine. Ever since i started the pre-op diet until now (first night banded) I've had a headache or migraine. I'm prone to migraines, but hadn't really considered them hanging around post op.
