Yowza! Crazy day of eating. It's almost scary to me just how easy it is to slip up if I'm not fully focused. Sad really.

I so desperately want to be reclassified "overweight" and leave the obesity category forever!! So close and yet so far... :/

It's not about perfect. It's about effort. And when you bring that effort every single day, that's when transformation happens. Or, so I'm hoping!!! :/

Most of my clothing is officially too baggy! Great news, but that also means that what I have left in my closet is either too big or seriously outdated! Now I need $$ for shopping. :0?

Hi HD! I just wanted to tell you that I was looking through your gallery photos today... and first of all, I'm so glad you have them on here to share (heck, I'm glad you have as many "before" photos as you do... as you know, finding before pics of most of us is not easy. lol). More importantly, your success has been fabulous!! It's stories and photos like yours that make this site SO inspirational... and dreams more tangible. You look like you feel amazing!...

Officially hit the 60 lb. loss mark!! Only about 40 lb to go. I'm so happy. This hasn't been easy, but being obese was/is even more difficult.

Seriously? One pound loss again this week. Over the course of three weeks I've lost 3 lbs?

How is your banded life going? I reread your letter "to yourself" again tonight, as i have done before... i love it. Anyway, it got me thinking and wondering about you and how you're doing, too! Best wishes!

Woo boy! Rough time of it lately. I'm having issues keeping certain foods down. This afternoon has been rough. The worst part is I'm still hungry!

In two weeks, 2 lbs. down... can't say I'm thrilled with these numbers, but a loss is still a loss. Right?! :\

Beware the perfectionism trap. Aim to eat sensibly and healthily most of the time, not all the time.
