well, i know my surgery is day surgery. i asked my dr would i stay overnight, he said i would. (i think bc of my sleep apnea but am not sure). i may feel more comfy overnight knowing thr dr and nurses are there w/pain med if i need it. so i think i am spending the night. as for you, if you feel comfortable and ok to go home, id say go . just go by what your body tells you.

i know after my gallbladder surgery, i was up and about well but the next day was painful as hell. that was xmas eve too. i am so hoping it goes smoothly like my gallbladder.

have been on a modified liquid diet with 2 shakes per day and a meal for the last week and for 2 days now i am been on all liquids.........getting my 4 shakes in...doing the broth......the pop sickles........the crystal light........

but i am getting the shakes alittle bit ...any ideas or advise..

am afraid i will fail or give in and cheat..

extreme whey Cookies and creme........mix w/water (i cant have milk) and put in freezer.........choc slush and very delish. fusion is no match and overpriced in my thoughts. extreme was purchased at Walmart. same ingredients for about $15 less.

agree with both the above responses. i have that large amount of weight to do also. i like the fact that my insides will remain intact and that my skin wont sag as bad if i lose very quickly. read and ask a million questions.

i am on liquid diet for my june 6 day.............popsicles, crystal light peach tea, chix broth..........i am gonna be at the lake and will read and lay in sun and drink my tea.....and think each moment i am getting closer.......we cant be afraid of food. that is diet thinking............think healthy bama. U can and WILL do this........

well, the last 5 days, 2 shakes a day plus lean cuisine type meal..........today liquids from here on out..............def making use of popsicles and chix Soup drained and just drinking the broth..............and crystal light.................today is day 6 for me days 2 and 3 were rough
