my knees are better after losing 39 pounds ---i was able to walk all through walmart.....its a great start for me

another day in banded/plication land. making it count....are you with me?

just got back from riding with hub and his fatboy for a military bike run...riding in the winter SUCKS

looked in the mirror and thought--not too bad

great saturday..did alot of shopping and alot of walking. 2 months ago i couldnt have walked around as i am now. thank you lap band/plication
