understand you didnt gain weight to need wls in one week and because you had wls, you wont lose it in one week

just got home from mani and pedi...told hub lets go walking..and we did...no excuses--just doing it

legs still sore from all the walking i did this weekend. but you know what, it feels GOOD (mainly because i am able to walk more)

hub and i are about to go to walmart and target....this time last yr i couldnt have walked down the hall without having to sit down as my knees/legs hurt so bad....what a difference a yr makes

Lets be realistic. 1-2 pounds a week is a good margin to be in so in a years time you’ll lose 70-100 pounds a year. Seriously if that’s not fast enough..........
