not sure how far ole girl walked today but walked for about an hour...i'll take it..

hub and i are about to go to walmart and target....this time last yr i couldnt have walked down the hall without having to sit down as my knees/legs hurt so bad....what a difference a yr makes

the band was/is major surgery it also will be successful if one has a major attitude change that means, to want to get healthy bad enough that you will adhere to what it all consists of. eating better quality food, in smaller amounts and exercising....if you help the band it will help you.

if you eat more cals than your burn off, you will gain...eat smart/think positive and do what works for YOU
