thanks yall,,, i feel already a 100% better about this,,, i was getting pretty worried about that,,, guess i have been reading too many negative sites,,, well im going to take this journey prob after the holidays and hopefully in a few months be a lot happier with myself,,, i plan to go by the book of what ever the dr tells me to do,,,im so ready to get some of this weight off and no more being tired and no energy,,,im ready to me a new me thank you all for your support

i think having a step mom like you setting the example in regards to food and lifestyle changes is wonderful

all you can do is be there for her and that is what truly matters..making healthy food is the best thing to do.

I just realized that you can see my booboo on my pinky. That's what happens when I use my teeth as scissors.

now i need a princess bandaid for her booboo

Both of you have great nails. Mine are short because I am done with tips. Tips ruined my real nails and gel polish peels off.

no tips, these are my talons with solar nail acrylic over top so they dont break
