this is in my horoscope, it is so dead the freek on: DAILY FOODSCOPE When you get an idea in your head, it stays there. The less processed your food, the better. And when you make something yourself, you know exactly what went in it.

afraid heck no i went through alot to have this surgery and once i got the all clear..elvis himself couldnt stop me now from heading to my goal.. i do miss drinking beer alot i admit....nothing else.......i love being out of not only the 300's and 200's and being in the 100's more than (missing) anything ......so will you ps: you can have whatever you want, its not a diet -

i understand totally and understand the bitter sweet of your posti have lot alot....and am now where most people are just starting and it took me 15 months wtf?? they say they are soooo fat....trust me at 5'1, 336+ pounds, that is super morbid obese. just use that feeling you wrote about as motivation......what you WERE has made you who are ARE now..and what is that? this is what you are in my book -

i took a total 8 days and i work at a desk i a so glad i did.i was able to regroup, get the #2 straight and left shoulder pain worked out listen to your body......some go right back, some take off longer wishing you the best

when i was 336 pounds, i knew exactly what i looked liked and didnt need nor want no one to tell me to lose weight or that i needed WLS....if they ask me now, i would say what i had done and advise, if not, its none ya business- 20 replies
