just got home after being banned wed morning. i stayed overnight. glad to back home. hub has to go get my shots that i need twice daily to help with blood clots (lovenox). am sore, left shoulder hurts and just trying to take it easy. all the best

i am on day 13 of all liquid. its not that bad. the first 2 or 3 days were the toughest. you can do it. think of the goal you are reaching for.

cant believe it is less than 24 hours now......any thoughts?

jim............look at the weight you have lost??? how much??? your co-workers/friends, see you every day. they cant notice how much you lost because they see you every day. you are going to lose weight the same way you and i and everyone else with a weight problem will......... 1/4 pound at a time (the same way we gained it) jim people in this world are not the nicest and not very caring. some may not have good sense to know better than to ask stupid ass things. please try and ignore them. i myself told many people. i myself today started crying because i didnt want to be a failure at this too. we sought help. we did it. we are doing it. keep going. please. because i am gonna need you to be there for me later down the road.

i am soooooooooooo happy for you. what are you going to be eating for your mushies?? what were you doing prior to this?

hey mylynn hate to say it but it sounds as if your (friend) is a smidge with the green eyed monster in just about all areas of your life. you are trying to improve YOU. you are doing it. right this moment you are getting closer and closer to being who you want to be. pity her if you must but do not let her control your mind/heart in making your life better. you are fighting for you. you are winning. dont stop.

hey bama.......how are you doing? yeah, i am nervous. ...leaving work at noon today and off til next wednesday. i am hoping i will be well enough to return to work by then. (will try for tuesday if possible). you think i am gonna be/do okay? kinda scary now.....

are you able to drink protein shakes after surgery (on a all clear liquid diet)? my hub got me bullets and they are not the best tasting things..........worse than isopure... please advise what you are drinking/consuming on your clear liquids

i go in wed at 530 and my surgery is at 730. i took off til nedt tuesday........hoping i can go back monday but we shall see..i had my gallbladder out and i think its the same type of surgery........the day after was the worst pain wise........but am hoping i can do as well as you and bama..

i know (if all goes well) in about 2 weeks, maybe some oatmeal or applesauce or soft scrambled eggs. cannot wait to eat. am kinda scared to eat again. to me, eating means gaining weight. must eat small healthy meals.

hi dianne, id would try watermelon or maylox to help with that....dark urine means your are not drinking enough. you need to drink alot. this will regulate you.
