to my understanding, from what my dr told me, bands are sewn in to help hold it on place

well, each of us (what did she say, fat people?) must do what works for us being it regular bites and chewing alot or the recommended smaller bites or whether its pea size or whatever and chug a lug or choke, that is your business following the dr's and nutritionists and the bands manufactors recomendations is up to each person. heck do what you want. your gonna anyhow. i believe those who follow the rules will have more success. missy, where is my pink kettle??

obese fat overweight heathy i was gonna put numbers in and then changed my mind. as my numbers change all the time. i started out very obese. not i guess i am in the fat category but am working my way to being healthy. one step at a time one healthy meal at a time one positive thought at a time i wish everyone love/luck on their journey

yes of course, i was the exact same. (heck i am that way also now sometimes especially in the mornings). you are still swollen inside from surgery and so it is hard to get down huh ....it will get better. just keep on sipping and getting that much needed protein in as that is your fuel. you rest and take care of yourself

its simple for me... i eat when i am hungry (stop at 1 cup of food while focusing first on protein (that is my bodys fuel) veggie and a fruit. if i snack, its gonna be a healthy choice/option. i am very strict with myself. i dont eat processed or fast foods. i take vitamins and i try to walk as much as my old knees will let me. i am better then i was at surgery time so i feel this band/plication is working for me. but each of us is different. alot us different aps track food and exercise while i just use my trusty pink notepad. best thing i can offer is to remain positive. help the band so it can help you and lastly, follow your doctors orders to the letter. its there for a reason. (to help you lose weight safely).

yes it will if you follow the doctor's instructions and do what is called (being positive) i see no reason why this wont work. help the band help you get healthy. you can do this if you really want it. all the best honey.

there seems to be 3 different kinds boredom snacker impulse snacker all day snacker i think before my surgery, i was the bored snacker grab and eat chips/dip at night, cheese itz etc. since surgery, i dont snack. if i do, its because i am hungry and i make sure its Protein and low cal/low fat which are you?

at different locations (one was in va) i got so many pics of him hre just watching tv and they are in his photos always balls of lights (orbs) hub took some as i did and were not there at time of picture my friends took pics and it didnt show in theirs i dont know but it has to be something
