be more? sweetie, dont go by what only the scale says, go by how loose your clothes are and how much better you are feeling. that is a wonderful thing. you are doing well. hang in there.

so losing 27 pounds isnt working for you? hm, appears to be working in my opinion.

you can add it in applesauce like rojo said or in drinks. i just pretty much do the mash to powder and chug it down w/water or my crystal light and deal with it. whatever works

suggestion from me.........as my hub and jeanie and other friends on here tell me as i start to spazz.....chill out...you know by now how the scale can go up and down all day long......who the heck knows why.....maybe an invisible ghost was on it.......i dont know have you lost inches? have you went down in sizes in clothes? and i know from your posts that you are doing fantastic in foods etc....so its not weight. dont fall into that diet mentality. get rid of it now. or your grounded missy. hang in there. i need you to be strong not only for yourself, but for me

so how was the birthday? what did you end up eating? please tell me you had a piece of cake or something?? so what exactly is stage 5? (i cant think thin as i will never be that, but i will be healthier)...

loved your post. if you are losing (inches via clothes smaller and you are feeling better) who cares what the scale says? and if you are losing, that is what matters. hang in there. you are doing so fantastic

stay positive, stay off the scale for the first few weeks and follow your doctors instructions to the letter. ((also sip sip sip and rest rest rest)) and when able, walk about as much as you can. congrats on your surgery.

i had yellow/purple brusing for almost a month (around my port site) i am sure its 100% fine. but def check with the dr for reassurance and confirmation as they are the ones to ask for any issues. congrats on your surgery

your not alone, you have this forum to help but you will have to let her know eventually and then the family will know we cant change what people say or think or do. but we can handle how we let it affect us. i wish you all the luck in the world.

i had emergency gallbladder surgery after a couple episodes of intense pain (in my upper back and shoulder blades) so i feel for you if that is what it is... like patty said, keep us informed. hang in there

what do your dr's instructons say? its best to do what your surgeon recommends. (you may read on here that its okay) but id def would suggest not since you were banded 3 days ago no need to rush, you need to heal.
