i am here you bunch of bitchy b*****s and blueberry muffin i love my hair.......i feel pretty......for the first time in........years i really like me now -
i eat pretty much whatever i want just one cup and focus on Protein first and veggies i drink all day long. you have to get rid of the diet thinking (oh i cant eat this or that) the band will help you eat less but not tell you what to eat...thats up to the person
