if you are truly hungry (eat) but dont use it as because its nighttime or hub or family is chowing down on snacks in front of the telly. once i am done with dinner, i am done. sojo posted a while back and i have followed that for a few months, about drinking...so if i feel or (think) i am hungry, i go get something to drink. it works. you have more control of your food intake than you give yourself credit for. just choose not to is what id say to myself.

by being picky, are you eating more than a cup of food at time? (do you focus on Protein as the main choice of your meals)?? ask my hub and he will tell you i am as picky as they come but you know what, i have to put that aside and use my want power and eat/drink like i know i should. so because you havent lost (alot) you are a failure, is that right? i think 20 pounds is amazing. way to go on that. i havent any fills so i cannot comment on that. i think you need to regroup and give yourself for some credit.

you sound alike like i did. so i am gonna respond as if i am talking to myself. having a good woe is me pity party so stop it. stop it right now. put on make up, wash your hair , put on some perfume and a nice skirt/sweater what matters is your heart. if you continue to be miserable and act miserable, you will remain that (even with the band) the band wont be a miracle. you can still not wear make up and not do your hair with the band. so enough. you want this...you did all the things required. so give yourself a break. stop letting yourself go. imagine where you will be this time next year with a positive attitude?
