what things do you like to eat? you can whatever with the band, just in smaller amounts... me being from the south, i eat alot of veggies and usually eat chicken or beef sorry i cant help more though i did have some awesome chili this past week and will be making veggie beef soup tomorrow

jean didnt say that at all, please continue to post your post was rather (harsh) in my mind and i speak for me only and its surprising as you seem to be doing well. you are right though, to make the band work, dieting is not necessary -

oh child...take a breath.....i was the bathroom queen...spent my first few days post op hoping i made it to the potty with my dr's ok, i took immodium ad to help and also took a probiotic capsule (that i opened and mixed with my protein shake) and that really helped me. since this is happening, stay hydrated and sip sip and drink all you can. it does get better i promise -
