nice to be around other people in a support group atmosphere especially when they are going through weight related issues. that is my answer why. but its mine..

the band is not going to make you not hungry it will eventually help you feel full with less foods, but thats later... and right now you are recovering from major surgery and should be resting and not overthinking anything. in my experience, the more days that passed, the more the swelling subsided and yes i got hungrier. just follow your drs directions and just sip sip and sip some more. congrats on the surgery.
