well i was on clears for a week after surgery (and 2 weeks total liquids after surgery). so its up to each persons doctor and what they advise you/them. some people follow the rules and some do not. oh well, what can one do except do what the dr says. all the best to you.

per your question LB......i eat a cup of food (sometimes a cup and a half) but 4 oz of protein and then my veggies. i am very strict on what i eat or dont eat. and i drink all day long and pee all day long..... and i go to potty all by myself... :wub: i eat healthy foods. no processed, nothing from box. if i am hungry, i eat. i do not diet at all....and the thing that is working for me, is believing in my band/plication. i am helping it as it is helping me. god i am soooooooooooooo good

i feel you need to tell your primary care dr this and also your surgeon and let them know you just dont feel right. i am anemic and i am more (cold) then most people and also my BP is on the low side also. i do take alot of iron because if i dont, i would be tired/run down. please continue to eat (Protein, take your vitamins) and def give your dr's a call to let them know what you are feeling/going through. all the best donna
