let me add.........i am short 5'2 on a good day and i am/was as tall as i was wide.....so it may take a bit for people to really notice. i think its more because of the large clothes i wear. this weekend, smaller clothes. hub said lets roll

today.......my co workers (noticed me) maybe bc i wasnt in my huge skirts or my big 3x/2x sweaters hiding today i am in a tight (somewhat) sweater/jeans. its a def omg i have lost something of course i see myself as i was i answered this dumb didnt i?

her book was not a waste of money to people on this thread who read it and followed her suggestions which matched our doctors instructions. being nearly 5 months post op, i have lost nearly 80 pounds. i think it has helped me very much. have you read it? i hope if it is at goodwill, and nothing wrong with goodwill, that a person reads it and can learn from it. i know i sure did. -

i have come to a decision i think i will refrain from answering posts for the time being..... i do not want to get bullied like missy and others have. i was treated that way on another forum and i did not like it. i also dont like reading about people cheating and then telling others its okay bc its NOT. maybe i take this too serious. i dont know. just my thinking at moment, thoughts/opinions?

well, the band wont help will not being hungry but will help us feel (full). are you getting enough Protein in? when i am hungry, i eat. (not head hunger) but really hungry, i eat some protein. maybe you can spread out your meals/snacks to go throughout the day to help w/being hungry later in the day. i think you are doing great. i am so happy for you -

like the rest says......eat but eat ((smart/healthy)) as you can and if you cant, you cant so do the best you can with what you have. take care. that is what matters.
