well, i know if i take my vitamins on a empty stomach, i get sick to my stomach feeling also. are you able to maybe change brands? that could be it. seems to me you are doing well. just because the scale is not moving as much as you want it too does not mean you are not losing. are your clothes looser?? if so, that is a great sign in my book. dont get frustrated. dont get mad. dont get aggravated. just put your high heels on, put your shoulders back and do what YOU know to do to make your band work. you got this GF. now just do it.

Happy November to my B***** banded babes how the heck are you? its sunny here......i think that big orange thing in sky is the sun but not sure. does resemble an orange though.. i woke up and broke my nail as i was wiping down the stove before i left for work. let me tell you that just pissed me right the freek off. came to work and super glued it and may try to get it fixed today or saturday. not sure yet. depends on how the day goes. then it took my pc nearly 1 1/2 hours to come up and that just really pushed me over the ledge. i am a very calm/person and it takes alot to get me upset but boy i was HOT. but i have calmed down and said you kno what, it is what it is.

well, stop eating crappy food eat good/healthy protein/veggie type foods and eat the every so often type foods, every so often. just make better choices in your foods. you lost a good deal. Congrats and keep on going

well, gulping like you havent drank in weeks is not good (fill or not) from what i understand, if you cant sip (or keep anything down) you could be too tight.. can you sip (like a martini drink) ok?? can you take a drink of something ok??

candy (or food) is not bad. please make sure you realize that. that is diet thinking. overeating any food (esp those with high fat, empty calories etc) is what is bad.. so you ate candy so you ate alot or more than you think you should have. so what. do better now--today...

reading it everyday (i gave in, the whatever was there so i had to have it, or my kids are eating, i am starving, its the holidays and so on)...i am very familiar with these things as i said this type stuff all the time..i am taking control of my eating...and not letting the eating control me

yes so stop there is no need eat and feed your body and stop worrying about gaining until at least a month post op stressing over things wont do you any good. you are still recovering from major surgery i agree with wild..just do what your dr advised and you will be fine -

cheryl what a wonderful and thoughtful thread thank you for taking time out to write this. i agree, the holidays are meant to be with family but def not an excuse to have a free for all with food but some will say the food is there so i will eat it. one can make up their mind to eat or not eat something for example, today at work we had a huge potluck... we are talking Desserts, fried this and fried that and just imagine thanksgiving and xmas but its up to us, to eat healthy and if you do indulge, do it smartly i dont buy the posts that are missing foods and eating what they are missing is the feeling it gives them..a quick rush if you think i need to eat for my body and not just eat because its there, things would go better. but its a mental game, and you losing over 100+, keep these positive and informative posts coming.
