i took low sodium chicken soup, drained it and mixed with chicken broth. gave it more flavor it was delish and a fave of mine...

what up my b*****s its kinda cool here today and we are being lazy...hub just left to ride with the rolling thunder and his boys and i am enjoying the (quiet) if i havent said thank you lately, thank you for being my friend.

i drink one cup of reg coffee a day and every so often a ea from mcdonalds, half sweet and unsweet (it has caff) but that is the only caff i take...i dont think its a big deal personally

chap stick is something to make sure you have and imodium a.d. if your dr approves.

i had to do it also and it was business as usual. i got there about 8pm took about 10 min for them to put wires on (i have pics on my blog showing the wires and other things) and just chilled out til i was ready to go to sleep. they didnt wake me up until it was time for me to get up. the 2nd time, i slept with the cpac and it was alittle more uncomfortable because i had the head gear on. but it was doable. so go to this place and go to sleep as that is what you are doing.

short for follow up...its my 5th month follow up i get nervous around new people especially when it involves my weight and appearance.. having people judge me before they know me..frightens me...

to outsiders reading our thread.....not scared because i strayed off course, or ate wrong things.....but the scale is something that caused me alot of pain (as well as my own self). i have and i am doing well and i have amazed myself at the progress so far...i am making this band/plication work... brett was my dr's pa......his last day was oct 31 and now i got a new gal named lisa..... i have to like regroup as this guy brett was at my surgery, and visited me in hospital etc.... i am also having a pcd appt and getting a flu shot........owie

i dont regret my band. hell, it saved my life. my dr gave me the pros and cons and advised me its merely a tool and i would have to help it. and i signed papers that they advised me of this and id adhere to the guidelines i feel alot are thinking if i get the band, i can lose overnight and continue eating whatever they want maybe they are the lucky ones but not the case to the majority. there will always be new and improved and the next best thing.... but there will always be bashers and happies for any wls again, as people, we choose what is right for us i wish everyone luck. as always, great article jeannie

my 5 month f/u is monday at 230......am scared......

started my pre op after a life long love affair of sugar/salt 4 or 5 days into it, without my soda, my headaches stopped and havent had one since i was grumpy, and grouchy but my hub said you wanted this so do what you have to do and quit bitching.. so i did and got on with it..its hard but its worth it.. all i can say is i did a 20 day pre op all liquid and never in a million years did i think i could do it but i wanted it and i knew by cheating, id be cheating myself...you will hear some cheated and they were fine , but that is them...this is you if you want this surgery then do what you have to do in order to have it. following the rules. all the best honey you can do this...
