yes i get the cvs brand (ok'd by my surgeon) same ingredients its 6.99 a bottle and i get 3 each time i go bc once there wasnt none and i need it around my TOM

bc of my weight and high 60+ bmi my dr wanted me to do the bypass also but i did not want my insides cut so i stuck by my guns and got the lap band. he told me id have to help the band to make it work by eating better quality foods, smaller amounts (the band helps with this) and beginning to exercise... its not a miracle. its hard. but so worth it. and anyone who gets any WLS can gain it back by eating the cheap/easy foods. i have seen it happen and you will read it on here. do what works for YOU as you are the one who has to do it. whatever you decide, decide with all your heart and then do what you need to do to make it happen. (forget dieting or fads as we know that doesnt work).

i wont let anyone YELL at you crazy girl. i find it helps me but you will get all sorts of answers to your question. but i will only answer for me. it helps me as if i am hungry, i drink and i find if i am not hungry but thirsty. i drink alot and it def keeps me from (munching/grazing). so if you thirsty, drink. like a baby. if they are hungry or thirsty, they cry and fuss and when their tummies are full, they push the bottle or spoon away. yep, works for me.

i think we all can struggle mentally and other reasons/issues involved the holidays are now coming and that is making some crazy like doodle said, chin up and move on i do that each and every day as the past is yesterday and we wont get it back best to do your best today hang in there

i resized once but will hold off til i get a wee bit farther. my diamond band is behind my wedding band so not to lose it.....

5 months no fill yet......but eating as if i am at full restriction...

agree with cheryl life will happen with or without the band and its up to us how we let it affect us and the band will help us eat less but we just gotta make better choices...and bb, you got the banded b's to vent to or come to for support.....always
