if you want, have some healthy (on the go Snacks with you) Protein bars, nuts, veggies/fruit....and of course there are options available to put into you bottled Water (crystal light and so on if you like that)..... but like the others, you are not on a diet....eat your allotted amount and choose to eat. and dont over think it. -
be thankful today for your loved ones and friends....hold them close and let them know you love them...

too embarrassed to go to stores and let it get so bad that i couldnt do anything but order online now i can go to stores, granted its cato's and macys but its better than it was.......i think i like being able to go with my hub again and not feel as if he is ashamed of me anymore.......

it means you had a (bad dream) too much over thinking it may not look as bad as (YOU THINK) when you lose weight, you will be sexy and gorgeous and your old man will be all over you..... focus on the positive and dont worry about stuff they may or may not happen. Grammy was right, saggy skin can be fixed..... hang in there.
