    you will have them again.......i am five months po and have some once a week (12 to be exact)... (from mcdonalds no less)....heck yeah... you are still kinda new after surgery so wait a while longer so you can heal,,,but def have a small amount and enjoy them and everything you want...(only in smaller amounts).. i do ps: i think i was a french fry in another life....
  5. when hub got me some stuff for post op he couldnt find any gas x strips but he did find chewables and i used a few of those... and i got the cvs brand of liquid tylenol (6.99) a bottle

    eat your allotted amount and have alittle something of everything we are not on a diet....i intend to use my small plate, get my protein first and a smidge of everything else happy thanksgiving

    all dr''s and (all people) are different...some say yes and some say no so when i got approved for this surgery, i told myself that to succeed, i would need to follow my dr's instructions...so mine said no soda or beer because of the carbonation...so that is what i adhere too. i guess do whatever your own dr recommends. if in question, ask them.

    Weight Loss On Pre-Op Diet

    based alot on persons size, as larger bmi's tend to lose more (quickly) but it is merely water weight but its a great feeling to have a loss just the same......weight goes up and down based on many variables, pms, sodium etc...just focus on following your dr's pre op diet to ready your body for surgery. you deserve to believe in yourself. good luck.

    it was hard for me also but i just (didnt do it) you just make up your mind to do it i drink right up to i start eating and i wait about 30 min afterwards.

    told hub i has a sad bc i wont be able to eat (as i am good cook) but anyhow he said, we will make your baby plate and a spoonful of everything (except the potaotoes as i dont do starches) i will relish each bite......and enjoy being with my hub....... as for the inlaws.....put me in metal garbage can and let madd hit the sides with a baseball bat......

    i on the other hand dont own one as i had past issues (id weigh after id eat, pee, poop at least 50+ times a day) now i weigh once a month at my monthly follow ups,,keeps me honest and makes me do better. do what works for you.

    i dont have any fills either but i eat as if i am at full restriction by eating the allotted amount of 1 cup (and focusing on protein) id say keep doing what you are doing as its working.......dont let a (fill) make or break you..

    every step you take (helps). you are moving so you are (exercising) not like walking/jogging per say but you are doing something. you are not a sloth my dear, you are doing great and i super duper proud of you. i feel for you on the holidays. i gots my inlaws over and id rather sit in a steel trash can and have some one bang on the side with a baseball bat then have them over......stress and to think i doesnt drink no more (((((what will i do)))) you and i wll do what we have to do because we have too. eyecandy aka dylan is 100%. just because the scale isnt moving does not mean you are not losing. i dont own a scale. my dr weighs me once a month at my f/up. you got this. i know you do. dont make the banded b's whip your ASS
