    3months out!

at my 2 to 3 month mark, mine came out alittle more than i wanted it too..for me, it gradually stopped....def keep the protein up there to combat...some take that biotin, some do not (me for one)..i did at the beginning as i read it on here and i asked both my dr and nutritionist, and they said they dont know if it helps or not and it was my decision to take them or not but didnt really need to as long as i keep eating good proteins amounts...it will help and i believe it does.......trust i got fine hair and cant afford to lose much.....YIKES......hang it there okay.

    Thank You!! Enemies!!

shr and b52, you both hit on some excellent points. enjoyed both posts.. our life is what ((we)) decide to make it...we were blessed to be able to have a WLS to help us (in my case, save my life)...run with it....own it.....accept responsibility and do what the doctors say to make it happen...its pretty simple...either do it or you wont succeed..
  12. well, some dr's frown on carbonation (from beer and soda etc)..we cant do anything about what you did now.....its over and done with. as betty said, better choices need to be made esp since you are kinda still newly banded...if you get very worried, call your dr and let them advise you....as chenie said, wine is better

    Pain

i think you need to call your dr and let them know and advise you...always if its painful, dont hesitate to ask the dr...it most likely is nothing but best to be sure its not anything else...

    9 diets discussed

found this on my lunch hour too. make of it what you will. interesting to read though. PS, now you know what i did at lunch today, surf the web The Science Behind 9 Big Diets From low-fat to paleo, here's what the latest research says about diets' effect on weight and health.posted about an hour ago Protein, low-carb diets help people burn more calories than low-fat variants. However, a large study food." Source: Breakfast In one sugar-free Cutting out sugar is trendy right now — Tom Hanks and Alec Baldwin are drinks might strengthen people's genetic risk of obesity. However, other meat, has been getting good press for years. A 2011 Swedish study found that people who followed it lived longer than more carnivorous types. A form of the diet high in olives and olive oil alsoappears to be good for bone health. One caveat: this diet may be harder for low-income people to follow, since foods like fish can be expensive. Source: tartineandapronstrings.com 7. Gluten-free This diet is great for people with celiac disease, who have a variety of bad reactions to gluten. For others, there may not be any benefit. Several experts caution that going gluten-free doesn't necessarily lead to weight loss. Image by Bill Hogan/Chicago Tribune/MCT 8. Paleo An effort to approximate what humans ate in paleolithic times, this diet centers on meat and vegetables and bans most grains and sweets. Most experts say there's not yet enough data to determine whether it affects weight or health. One biologist ">points out that human bodies are actually capable of adapting to their circumstances, so that eating the way we did thousands of years ago may not make any sense. Source: Dieter H / via: shutterstock.com 9. No Diet Lots of research (and anecdotal evidence) has shown that it's hard to keep weight off — according to one study, just one in six Americans who have ever been overweight is able to maintain significant weight loss. And Dean Ornish is now advocating that everyone eat with an eye to health — not necessarily weight loss.
