yep, there is such a thing as head hunger. i found that out to be true on my liquid pre op...i still have it...now if i (think) i am hungry, i drink to see if i am......but if i am hungry, i eat... 45 is worth bragging. next time put it in ALL CAPS

i love this blog. i love all your items you listed. but i admit, # 26 is my fave one.

i had bruises for about a month (i also had to take 2 shots per day in my tummy for blog clots) so i looked like i got beat up in a gang jump in. it does get better..great weight loss so far. as the swelling subsides, you will be able to eat/drink more..just make the best choices. sounds as if you are doing GREAT. keep it up. ps-i dreaded going back to work and i was exhausted after that first day. operations, major ones, do take alot out of you.

as i healed and the swelling went down, it got easier to take my meds. i still crush my night time ones and take liquid cvs brand tylenol most of the time....but i have swallowed reg allergy meds...i am also nervous when i see big pills..i picture a clogged drain ......but that is just me.........if in doubt, ask your doctor..

as you heal (insides not so swollen) you will be able to drink more...nothing wrong with that..i am 9 months and can drink just fine.....i dont gulp like my ole man with a cold beer at a nascar race but i am dang close

i dont see why you couldnt. its not (cheating) but understand that liquids does help (with the weight loss) via Water weight....as good as you are doing, why buck progress? eating food to lose weight is how to do it.....(to me, diet pills, liquids only is diet mentality)...we are not on a diet..and remember you are doing fabulous. you will get that challenge.

yes me seeing that highest number made me go..oh my gosh is that real..i think seeing the scale number or bmi number can either affect you to do something about it or affect you to go oh f**k, i am screwed

the way i see it, as long as we lose, that is what matters... i also believe in realizing inches lost means weight loss... just try telling the newbies this...one ear out the other.......... sigh
