Hiccup/Burping thing...

well said -
i asked my hub this question, as he was a AF recruiter for 15 yrs......he said the paperwork would have to be approved (and reviewed) and signed off on and if it approved (ok'd), as long as person was in weight standards, no reason not too..but .....again, have to be approved by medical...hope this helps.

did the dr okay you to move to pureed so soon as surgery? the insides are swollen and sore from just having major surgery. if you are in pain or scared, call your dr and let them advise you.
-
i like option 1 but i am not a doctor. i am sure the dr wil do what is best for you. bless your heart. this sounds just awful...hang in there. sending much positive pink vibes from nc that i can..

i am a terrible guesser......hence why i have not won the lottery in my life yet.

and if you dont (see me) eat it, it doesnt count either

i agree with all the posts.... i am very aware of all i put into my mouth body now and from being a dieter my entire adult life, i can quote the cal contents of everything....even sammys cabo wabo tequila i know 3500 cals equals a pound and if i take in (eat more) then i burn off i will gain.......i dont focus so much on cal counting, but i do portion control by measuring strictly (as i have posted pictures of my lunches/snacks etc) if only the newbies listened to the dr and the nutritionists and not over think it....eat better food in smaller amounts (let band help) and see what happens..

if worried, always call and tell the dr/nurse and let them advise you and proud of you for doing that as you dont read that on this forum much..its more (my arm fell off what should i do?? ) i dont feel it is a big deal, just part of the healing process but if it does concern you, go in and have them take a looksee -
i battled that in pre op and found out it is true..(seeing hub eat some snacks or people here at work eating something)......so when i (think) i am hungry, i drink something.....that usually settles the issue. but if i am truly hungry, i eat some protein to feed my body....i dont fret over it too much.
