if you are losing inches then you are losing weight regardless of what the scale say or does not say

today, just once accept yourself as is right this very moment, you are who you are every pound every inch is you i myself have a hard time dealing with looking in the mirror as i hate who i see, the size, the girth. i feel the outside world is judging me for that appearance and judging me because i am obese/fat/overweight seems that the ones who need to accept ourselves the most is ourselves.

the only ink i have gotten in the last year was on the top of my left food..make no mistake, it hurt bad there...all in all, i have about 30ish......how many do you have and do you plan on getting anymore (soon)?

you will wake up and like alot of us, me included, you may ask the dr did you do it?? just enjoy your day today.remember all you done to get here...the diet, the appts, the entire saga and use that as a motivator..listen to your dr and follow what he says and you wont go wrong...the only thing i can offer is a i am so proud of you. you will succeed...if you want it, you will........and from all your posts, you got a great family support and there are some great people on here to encourage you..much love

20 pounds down...i say one heck of a month anniversary i am sure you did better than you think. did you take pics of you in the wedding? i bet you were as cute as can be...and you should feel proud...
