Okay so I got banded on 2/29. Feeling great other than coughing a lot! I think it has now caused my port insision to bleed. A little worried because today has been the worst day so far with coughing and my shirt has blood on it. Has anyone else has the incision bleed days after the surgery? -

I had my surgery today and my shoulder is killing me I can't even sleep the pain is so bad in my shoulder. Any advise? This is the only thing that hurts! -

Yes I have already bought some Gas-X lol. I have started the protein shakes and I think I am just going to cut back a lot. Thank you for the reply. -

I had my pre-op appointment yesterday with my doctor. When I asked him if I need to be on a pre-op diet he said no that he does not require one but everything I read online your supposed to go on one. Worried that there might be complications with my liver being too large. Anyone else have a doctor that didnt require them to go on a diet before surgery? -

Feb 29th! and so excited!! I have not told anyone except my mom and am not really sure how to bring it up or what their reaction might be. Any suggestions?
