Thank you. Trying a rice cake with ham for breakfast. Fingers crossed, it's not quite 24hrs but I'm starving

Hi. I know I got a bit of raw carrot stuck about 5 hours ago. I couldn't "reproduce" it. The constant stuck feeling passed & liquid is going through ok. I just tried to eat some mush & the stuck intergestion feeling came back. Am I still stuck or just swollen? Anyone have any ideas? Maybe just swollen?

Help! I have fallen off the wagon & need a leg up back on. I have been bad and need a full on plan to get back on track. I have been eating around the band, have putting on weight for the last month and it has to stop NOW. Does anyone have any suggestions to kick start myself back in to correct mindset? I am ready but don't know where to start. :-(.

Hi I'm from Tassie & with Dr P. He is awesome. How did you go?
-
Hi. My doc is the same. I normally eat straight after. If you are scared have a soup or some mush of some description. Better safe than sorry I say. I do what I feel. Sometimes I am too scared to eat as well. I am waiting for my next fill & because I have quite a bit of fill in I will do a smoothie for lunch just to be safe.

Merry Christmas to you.

That is awesome!!! Very clever. Xxxx

I agree with the above. My dr says its ok but sip it, it will go straight to your head. Count it in your calories as well. If you like a glass of sparkling wine pop a pinch of salt in it, it helps it flatten a bit (dr told me to do that). A nice treat you won't feel bad about if you record it - that's the key.

Awesome!!! Well done - how very exciting.

Need help feeling down

Please don't be sad. Same thing happened to me. Just concentrate on healing & trust me you will be fine. I was worried as well & my dr dismissed my concerns & said "we haven't really started yet". You body is holding on to anything you can give it while you are healing. Xx -

I am sooooo excited. Two days in a row some has told me how good I am looking! I cannot remember the last time anyone said that to me (husband excluded). So happy I want to cry!

It sort of expands in your tummy & hurts. My dr suggested that if want a Xmas bubbles to put a pinch of salt in it, it helps it to go flat. Just 1 though. -

No it shouldn't hurt. Take tiny bites, chew it all up until its almost gone & then wait a minute before having another one. If it is still hurting after a couple of days after a fill give your doctor a call. Dont leave it too long. Do liquids hurt?
