I have bcbs of Texas...it is THAT easy...the psych eval is just basic questions about why ur overweight and things like has your weight ever made u suicidal...some of the things they ask r a little weird but basically it's a breeze!! -
It took about 3-4 weeks to hear back from bcbs for me
