I was told when i got my band that you will have some pain in the left shoulder and arm ... it has to do with the diaphram and your band ... Said that they couldnt explain why it happens but that it would go away ... i hope that helps

I want to thank yal for this information... I never thought about getting stuck being due to dehydration... I am going to up my water intake and see if that helps ... Thank you

I'm hoping that when I get another fill on Monday that I will stay full longer ...

I don't eat like I did but I do eat more than I should .. when I eat I'm lucky if it last about 3 hrs .. I don't even feel like I have a band .

I too have been wondering what the " restriction" felt like . I was banded Dec 30th and had my first fill 2 weeks ago and feel no restriction . I go Monday to have another fill..I'm hoping this one helps me feel that restriction .
